History

Sudden Service’s inception was in 1993 with a calling to help local business shippers in Northwest Ohio with their time-sensitive shipping needs. Its parent company, Bryan Systems, recognized the potential opportunity and quickly invested in serving it. Through its dedication to customer service and on time deliveries, the company quickly became a leader in the industry.

After serving Bryan Systems for more than 13 years in all facets of operations, Nathan Saneda received a great opportunity from the principals of Bryan Systems, his dad Ron Dean and uncle Larry Dean, to become a business owner. In May of 2007, Nathan and Kristal Saneda purchased Sudden Service from Bryan Systems and relocated the business to West Unity, Ohio.

Since then, Sudden Service has advanced in the industry by offering domestic and international services through its strategic partnerships. Sudden Service provides personal service and offers cutting edge customer service tools, i.e., online shipment notification and 24 hour track and trace.
